CLASSIFICATION: sorghum will be classified into classes and types according to their color and quality, respectively:
Class: sorghum, according to the color of the grains, will be classified into (5) five classes:
✔  White: sorghum containing at least 90% by weight of white grains, with light colored, ivory, or straw spots.
✔  Yellow: sorghum that contains at least 90% by weight of yellow or salmon- pink grains.
✔  Red: sorghum that contains at least 90% by weight of red or reddish grains.
✔  Brown: sorghum containing at least 90% by weight of light or dark brown grains.
✔  Mixed: sorghum that does not fit into any of the previous classes, as mentioning in the Classification Certificate, the percentages of the competent classes.
✔  Types: whatever the class to which it belongs and depending on the percentage of occurrence of Damaged and Wounded grains, with Impurities, Fragments and Foreign Matters, the sorghum will be classified into 4 (four) types, expressed by numbers of 1 (one) to 4 (four) and defined in accordance with the maximum tolerance limits for defects/type of product,
